If you're looking for good, clean place to stay, the motel at High Point Marina is directly on the shore, at mid-lake, just off of the main bridge. Built in 1989, the Lighthouse Inn was established as Lake Anna's only waterfront motel, just 70 feet from the water's edge. The Inn's spacious rooms and private docks lend to the recreational lifestyle of our visitors. For added convenience, the rooms also include small refrigerators and microwave ovens, as well as many other amenities. The views of the lake and the distant Blue Ridge Mountains are breathtaking, and you can enjoy them from your private patio. For the serious fisherman, an electrical hookup is available at the dock for charging batteries and other chores. There is a snack bar on the premises (seasonal).

GingerHill B&B in Louisa, VA

Ginger Hill B&B, in nearby Louisa, is a country home, located on 14 1/2 secluded, wooded acres in Central Virginia. Ginger Hill provides a great base for sightseeing/visiting or just a place to relax. We are convenient to many historic, tourist and recreational attractions. We have a 2 1/2 acre fishing pond (with fishing poles), two beaver ponds and lots of woods to enjoy. There are many varieties of birds and animals to watch. Antiques and family heirlooms are found throughout the house, which was built in 1992, using a plan from Southern Living Magazine. The ten foot ceilings create an inviting and airy atmosphere. The living room with its cozy fireplace is available for relaxing, reading or whatever. The house has central air-conditioning and ceiling fans Country air can be enjoyed on the large front porch or by the pond. There is ample parking for cars, trailers and boats. We have two sunny Little Page Inn at Lake Anna, Virginia comfortable guest rooms, each with a private bath and sitting area. The Garden Room has a double bed, and the Eagles's Nest has a queen sized canopy bed with a sofa bed. A full country breakfast is served in the formal dinning room. refreshments are available in the afternoon and evenings. A full candlelight dinner, a light supper or picnic lunch is available, with prior arrangements, at an additional cost.

The Littlepage Inn is a remarkably well-preserved Virginia Plantation Complex of main home and six original out buildings, founded and owned by the Holladay Family since 1805. The Federal era home was lovingly restored in 1991-92, with the inclusion of modern baths, kitchen, and climate control; Furnishings include many original Family pieces with others of the 1811 period.

Lake Anna State Park has rental cabins, camping, more than 15 miles of hiking trails, lakeshore picnicking, a guarded swimming beach, a childrens play area, a boat ramp, a food concession stand, a bathhouse and a childrens and handicapped fishing pond.

Christopher Run Campground at Lake Anna

The Christopher Run Campgrounds are located on beautiful Lake Anna in Louisa County, Va. offering 200 campsites with 38 full hookups, 42 water & electric (20/30A), 26 no hookups, 90 seasonal sites and 4 pull thru's, Christopher Run is the premier campground on the lake. In addition, our marina has 50 wet slips, 6 boat ramps, rental canoes, rowboats, canoe's and paddleboats. Amenities: Game room, pavilion, picnic shelter, group camping area, camper cabins, LP gas filling station, boat and trailer storage, church services (Memorial to Labor Day), public phones, snack bar, firewood, dump station, fully equipped camp store with live bait, laundromat and bath houses. Activities: swimming and excellent fishing in 13,600 acre Lake Anna, volleyball, horseshoes, shuffleboard and a playground.
