Dear Libby: My parents, husband and I would like to thank you for the outstanding job you did locating our beautiful lake property. When we decided on a rainy Saturday morning to look at lake property and I e-mailed your office, you were there that afternoon. You took the time to talk with us to determine just what we were looking for in the price range we were comfortable with.
Off we went, all over the lake looking at every property that looked like it had possibilities. You spent five or six hours with us on Saturday.
